Jakarta, 28th August 2025 - PT. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia (hereinafter, Yanmar Diesel Indonesia) has signed a sales partnership agreement with Terra Drone Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, Terra Drone) for the company's in-house developed agricultural drones.

As Terra Drone's Indonesian distributor, Yanmar Diesel Indonesia will provide drones to the Indonesian farmers through Terra Drone Indonesia (hereinafter, Terra Drone Indonesia), a Terra Drone subsidiary based in Indonesia.

Terra Drone has a top-level track record as a service provider providing drone-based pesticide and fertilizer spraying services in Indonesia, a major palm oil producing country accounting for approximately 60% of the world's palm oil.

By leveraging Terra Drone's in-house developed drones and pesticide and fertilizer spraying know-how, and Yanmar Diesel Indonesia's sales and service network, the company will be able to provide drone solutions to more customers in Indonesia's agricultural sector.

Furthermore, for Yanmar Diesel Indonesia, this agreement will enable the company to provide a complete agricultural mechanization system, from soil preparation to harvesting, enabling it to provide solutions that are even more tailored to its customers.

Going forward, Yanmar Diesel Indonesia will continue to work hand in hand with Terra Drone to further contribute to the development of Indonesian agriculture.
