Thriving German Agri dealer network buzzing with new activity

The Agri dealer network in Germany is an active group of professional companies. They do everything they can to keep the momentum going with engaging activities and interesting developments. Cord Hansen, responsible sales manager for YANMAR compact tractor markets in Germany North, highlights three of these recent activities.

Yanmar compact tractor dealer Karsten Kreibohm from Alferde organized a test for landscaping and gardening equipment in combination with Yanmar SA221-R and Yanmar YT359-R tractors. Both compact tractors were equipped with frontloaders.

The Yanmar SA221-R was used together with MAJOR CS Pro mower deck, type MJ65-150-2R with a working width of 1.45 m and a total width of 1.56 m. The CS Pro mower is a grass swing mower mulching system – known in German as a Sichelmulcher – for a wide use range, from rough terrain to park meadow mowing. The heavy-duty design, the powerful Yanmar engine and hydrostat combination of the small tractor and implement deliver impressive test results.

YT359-ROPS with MX C4+ front loader
The dealer also tested another tractor solution: a YT359-ROPS with MX C4+ front loader. The grass swing is a MAJOR MJ 65-300 with a 3.0 m working width and a foldable transport width of 2.0 m. Due to its i-HMT transmission the YT359-R is a comfortable, powerful and reliable working machine for such heavy-duty work. Because the implement is foldable the width on the street is no issue of concern during transport. Once unfolded, the MAJOR mower deck and YT359-R work with very high efficiency.

GBM Peissen expands Yanmar portfolio with YT and SA tractors

Yanmar compact construction equipment dealer GMB Peissen in Bernburg has recently expanded their business portfolio to include Yanmar compact tractors as well. The tractors will be part of their rental fleet and added to the sales portfolio in due course.

During a Yanmar dealer meeting in 2022, GBM Peissen identified the YT359 with cabin and SA424 as ROPS model as the most suitable models for their business. The handover of the first SA424-ROPS with front-loader YL210 and YT359-Q took place in March 2023 at the dealer’s premises.

Successful Open Day at Yanmar dealer Stegemann Landtechnik

Yanmar dealer Stegemann Landtechnik from Billerbeck organized an Open Day in March for all their customers. And we were there! Many thanks for inviting us to attend.

With more than 3,000 visitors – double the number of last event – the open day was a great success. People came to drive the tractors and have a look at the special implements and attachments to mow, sweep or dig their land. Yanmar was well represented and visitors were able to touch, feel and experience our 22 – 60 hp SA and YT series tractors. Next to the Yanmar tractors various types of implements for this kind of compact tractors, , including mowers, brooms, levelers, were on show.
