Yanmar and Wassenberg close new master dealership contract for compact tractor business in Rhine-Ruhr region, Germany

Almere, NL, March 30 – Compact tractor and machinery company Wassenberg GmbH, based in the German Rhine-Ruhr region, and worldwide power solution and agriculture equipment manufacturer Yanmar have recently closed a Master Dealership agreement for the sales and service of the Yanmar YT and SA 22-60 HP compact tractor series in Rhine-Ruhr region, Germany.

Tractors, service and spare parts will be available through Wassenberg and their current dealer network. With a history of almost 125 years, Wassenberg is a strong player in the green sector more specifically for municipal services, landscaping and professional gardening. Wassenberg has chosen to expand its current portfolio with the new-generation tractor range of Yanmar tofurther develop the market.

New standard in quality, environment and comfort

Germany, important market for Yanmar

Wassenberg will position Yanmar tractors in the premium tractor range and will use an active and driven approach to promote Yanmar tractors in the market. This is fully in line with Yanmar ‘s medium-term strategy to further develop the German market. Yanmar SA and YT compact tractor series

Yanmar’s high-quality SA Tractor and YT tractor series is available from 22 to 60 HP and equipped with the latest Yanmar’s common rail Stage V engines certified according to the most stringent EC167/2013 homologation standard.

The tractors are fully designed and manufactured in Yanmar production facilities in Japan for professional use with high productivity, great versatility and optimum operator comfort. In addition to their functional benefits, they come with an attractive design by Mr. Ken Okuyama, who also designed for Ferrari and Porsche.
