Within Yanmar Marine International B.V. Global Aftersales, the spare parts organisation plays a critical role in supporting Yanmar’s Authorised Dealer network and ensuring product availability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Network Representative Spare Parts supports the day-to-day performance of the dealer network in the Benelux region by ensuring efficient spare parts operations, monitoring dealer performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As our Network Representative Spare Parts, you will be the operational link between Yanmar dealers across the Benelux region. You support spare parts availability, dealer performance, and service quality while strengthening the dealer network through reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spare Parts Operations & Performance
<\/strong>\u2022 Support daily spare parts operations within the Benelux region, ensuring the timely and accurate flow of parts from warehouses to distributors and dealers.
\u2022 Assist in improving spare parts availability, order accuracy, and delivery performance.
\u2022 Monitor dealer stock levels, order performance, and service KPIs using CRM and reporting tools.
\u2022 Coordinate with Aftersales, Spare Parts, Sales teams, and dealers to resolve operational issues efficiently.
\u2022 Gather and analyse dealer and customer feedback regarding parts availability, delivery performance, and service quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dealer Network Development & Support
<\/strong>\u2022 Monitor dealer responsiveness, compliance, and adherence to Yanmar dealer standards.
\u2022 Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
\u2022 Prepare reports and performance data for dealer reviews and business meetings.
\u2022 Support dealer onboarding activities and coordinate training sessions with internal subject matter experts.
\u2022 Serve as a key point of contact for dealer inquiries related to processes, standards, and operational procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting, Compliance & Market Intelligence
<\/strong>\u2022 Maintain accurate dealer records, activities, and compliance documentation within YMI’s CRM system.
\u2022 Track dealer compliance with brand and service standards and escalate recurring issues where necessary.
\u2022 Collect and report local market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer expectations, and market trends.
\u2022 Support performance benchmarking activities and identify opportunities for network improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ideal Network Representative Spare Parts is customer-focused, organised, and analytical. You enjoy working with both operational data and business partners and are motivated to improve dealer performance and customer satisfaction. You can effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ideal candidate<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2-3 years of experience in spare parts distribution, supply chain operations, aftersales, or a related field;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experience working within dealer, distributor, or service networks is preferred;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Good understanding of spare parts logistics and its impact on customer satisfaction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Familiarity with KPI monitoring and performance measurement within logistics or after-sales environments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; additional European languages are considered an advantage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    This position is based in Almere, the Netherlands, and is responsible for supporting the Benelux dealer network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
