Business Application Administrator

• Collaborate with senior management and process owners to translate business needs to technical and functional design of business-critical applications
• Functional and technical maintenance of the application landscape
• Identify and implement business reporting needs
• Support and maintain various web-based applications in the cloud and on-premise
• Proactively identify, prioritize and solve issues and interruption.
• Develop, test and implement changes to production environments
• Act as key user to support and instruct the end user organization regarding functional issues
• Document technical and functional design
• Ownership of maintenance procedures
• Team with both local and global IT team members as well as external partners

MS Dynamics CRM / MS Azure / SQL Server / Power BI.
EDI and application interfacing are a plus

• MBO4- or Bachelor degree in computer science or related education
• Min. 2 year relevant work experience
• Ability to participate in migration/deployment projects both independently and in a team
• Applicable Microsoft certifications are a plus
• Patient, friendly, flexible, supportive and customer oriented
• Good verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Dutch
