For the Manufacturing department of Yanmar Europe, located in Almere, the Netherlands, we are looking to recruit a Team Leader Production Management.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n

\n \n Main responsibilities\n <\/h2>\n

  • General\n
      \n
    • Supports the Production Management team members, coordinates the work to do and looks after the continuity of the essential activities.<\/li>\n
    • Works closely with Supply Chain, Sales and Engineering for Manufacturing activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Planning and Control of configurations (BoM Management):\n
        \n
      • Is responsible for gathering, processing and input of technical information about products in use and new products. This information is put in configuration models (masters), which are leading for the production activities and for the required parts to have in stock; the responsibility for this configuration control is company-wide.<\/li>\n
      • Monitors the further working-out of the configurations for stock and assembly adjustments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Planning and Control of production cost and transfer price (Cost Management):\n
          \n
        • Is responsible for gathering, processing production costs and set-up transfer price to inter companies about products in use and new products.<\/li>\n
        • Supports Production Management member to journalize production cost and\/or expense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Planning and control of production management process (MRP\/Purchasing\/Production Planning):\n
            \n
          • Is responsible for the MRP process<\/li>\n
          • Supports Production Management member to purchases all production and sales parts.<\/li>\n
          • Is responsible for analyzing about production safety stock, P\/O-lots and delivery lead-times, avoiding production stop and improving inventory turnover.<\/li>\n
          • Is responsible for planning, control and reporting of full-stock taking once a half year and the cycle-count process in the internal and external warehouse.<\/li>\n
          • Supports Production Management member to control the production plan on the basis of the monthly orders of Sales, and coordinates stagnations.<\/li>\n
          • Gathers data for reports to be made by the Manager Manufacturing and makes reports, analyses and proposals on his own initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Planning and control automation\n
              \n
            • Controls the process automation and registration within the production and warehouse, and takes action in case of troubles; controls the basic data and keeps it up to date.<\/li>\n
            • Controls the right use of the process automation and gives instructions if needed.<\/li>\n
            • Makes reports related to the registered process data.<\/li>\n
            • Does proposals for improvement to the Manager Manufacturing of the process automation and registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
              \n \n Requirements\n <\/h2>\n

                \n
              • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration\/Supply Chain Planning<\/li>\n
              • 3-5 Year experience in leading a team<\/li>\n
              • Experience with production (assembly)- and material planning<\/li>\n
              • Proficient in Excel and ERP, preferably Oracle EBS BOMs and Routings\u00a0 \u00a0 (Manufacturing and Inventory)<\/li>\n
              • Experience in Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n
              • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision making ability<\/li>\n
              • Logical and critical thinking<\/li>\n
              • Able to work well with others<\/li>\n
              • Able to perform under pressure and to meet deadlines<\/li>\n
              • Good understanding of inter-company operations and communications<\/li>\n
              • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
