Le nouveau banc dont nous discutons aujourd&rsquo;hui est essentiellement l&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante de ce processus. Nous travaillons avec nos \u00e9quipes d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieurs au Japon pour d\u00e9velopper la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de moteurs et de syst\u00e8mes de post-traitement qui r\u00e9pondront \u00e0 ces exigences.   <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Le respect de ces normes n\u00e9cessitera des progr\u00e8s significatifs dans les technologies de contr\u00f4le des \u00e9missions.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>L&rsquo;un des plus grands d\u00e9fis de la norme Tier 5 sera la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de NOx. La nouvelle installation s&rsquo;appuie sur l&rsquo;infrastructure de bancs d&rsquo;essai existante de Yanmar, \u00e9largissant de mani\u00e8re significative ce que les ing\u00e9nieurs peuvent tester et mesurer. Les bancs pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents mesuraient principalement les performances et la durabilit\u00e9 du moteur, tandis que les bancs Dyno 5 et Dyno 6 sont con\u00e7us comme des installations de d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;\u00e9missions compl\u00e8tes.  <\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;une des am\u00e9liorations les plus importantes est la possibilit\u00e9 de mesurer les \u00e9missions en plusieurs points au cours d&rsquo;un m\u00eame essai. explique M. Brandt :   <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Dyno 5 mesure les \u00e9missions \u00e0 un seul endroit \u00e0 la fois. C&rsquo;est le cas de Thermo King, un fabricant mondial de solutions de climatisation pour les transports. <\/p>\n\n<p>Adam Carey, du centre d&rsquo;excellence pour les moteurs de Thermo King, explique :  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Nos syst\u00e8mes frigorifiques sont install\u00e9s sur des remorques et des camions-citernes et maintiennent le contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature des denr\u00e9es p\u00e9rissables pendant le transport.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Ces unit\u00e9s soutiennent un large \u00e9ventail de cha\u00eenes d&rsquo;approvisionnement, de la distribution de produits alimentaires et de la logistique pharmaceutique au transport de marchandises sensibles \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature. Les moteurs \u00e9tant install\u00e9s dans des syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration ferm\u00e9s, il est essentiel de garantir des performances fiables dans ces conditions. <\/p>\n\n<p>Brandt explique plus en d\u00e9tail :  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Si un partenaire OEM installe l&rsquo;un de nos moteurs \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;un compartiment moteur ou d&rsquo;une enceinte, nous devons v\u00e9rifier que le moteur fonctionne toujours correctement dans cet environnement.
