Global Manufacturing Center organised a Kaizen training at HIMOINSA in Spain. This collaboration resulted in 54 concrete ideas to make the pre-assembly process more efficient and easier to manage. The course was practical and motivating, with clear explanations and active participation from all members. It would be advisable to ensure follow-up to maintain the momentum generated.
