In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yanmar.com\/eu\/newsroom\/yanmar-drives-first-pile-for-warehouse-expansion\/\">June 2025 the first pile was driven<\/a>, marking the official start of construction. Now, just over half a year later, the building structure has been completed and the new facility is clearly visible on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yanmar.com\/eu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2026\/01\/WH2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2026\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.yanmar.com\/eu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2026\/01\/WH2.png 1000w, https:\/\/www.yanmar.com\/eu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2026\/01\/WH2-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/www.yanmar.com\/eu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2026\/01\/WH2-768x576.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-project-on-schedule\"><strong>Project on schedule<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The construction and installation works are progressing according to plan. All key milestones have been reached within the expected timeframe, and the project remains on track for completion: the new warehouse is scheduled to become operational at the end of March 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-installation-of-racking-systems\"><strong>Installation of racking systems<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The storage racking in the warehouse has already been fully installed. The new racks are designed to support efficient storage, safe handling and fast order picking of parts. The last technical installations, including material handling equipment, IT systems and safety solutions, are now being completed. Once these activities are finished, the warehouse will be able to start its preparatory operations by mid-February, and begin receiving goods from 1 March 2026. This significant increase in capacity will enable the EPC to handle growing parts volumes more efficiently, improve stock availability and further strengthen delivery reliability across Europe and Africa.
