At the same time, they learn what it means to work in a professional environment: to show discipline, take responsibility, collaborate as part of a team, and follow a structured way of working. Last year two students successfully completed the program, and a new participant is currently underway.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-from-classroom-to-warehouse\"><strong>From classroom to warehouse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For over ten years, Yanmar offers Pro Almere pupils the opportunity to develop their skills in the Repack Department. They learn in a dedicated classroom-style workspace inside the warehouse, guided by a Pro Almere teacher. The safe and structured setting supports both their confidence and practical development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Logistics Experience Project is designed for students who are ready for the next step and prepared to take on more responsibility. They move from the classroom into our regular logistics team, where they work alongside experienced colleagues, experience the rhythm of the warehouse floor, and contribute directly to daily operations. Here we help them to discover what a career in logistics can truly offer<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-structured-guidance-and-personal-development\"><strong>Structured guidance and personal development<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayhan Ayg\u00fcn leads the project and oversees the students\u2019 development on the work floor. He creates an individual learning plan for each participant and closely monitors their progress. After that, I schedule a personal intake to assess the student\u2019s commitment and learning goals. Based on that, we create a tailored development plan and assign a Yanmar coach who guides the student in daily operations.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This structured approach ensures clarity from the start. Expectations are clear for both students and supervisors. The learning objectives are aligned with the school\u2019s requirements and Yanmar\u2019s operational standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayhan Ayg\u00fcn witnesses the impact of the project every day on the work floor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>What I find most rewarding is to see students grow. By connecting education with real workplace experience, we help them build confidence, skills, and direction.
