We want to contribute to the realization of sustainable prosperity for all and a sustainable natural environment, not only by developing our core technology business activities but also through our activities aimed at developing the next-generation and fostering culture.
We share the aspirations of these goals and will work alongside those who rise to the challenge as Yanmar Ambassadors towards achieving a more prosperous future for all.
In the Yanmar Ambassador Project, we will constantly strive toward the realization of a sustainable society, in partnership with our Yanmar Ambassadors.

Professional soccer player Kiyotake: a Yanmar Ambassador

Cerezo Osaka faced Sevilla FC in the StubHub World Match 2017, a game where a strong overseas team is invited to Japan during the J.League summer break. This special match took place July 17 and was part of the J.League International Series, where J1 League clubs test themselves against overseas opponents. Such prestigious matches are usually hosted by clubs and stadiums in the Kanto region around Tokyo; therefore, to have a match involving a top European team in Osaka was a very valuable opportunity.

What made this game special was the appreciation shown toward Kiyotake from the Sevilla FC team, on which he used to play, and the respect for his attitude to test himself on the world stage.

By becoming the match sponsor, we believe Yanmar contributed to creating an opportunity to see attractive soccer, which provided inspiration and excitement to many.
Furthermore, Cerezo Osaka and Sevilla FC have many things in common: their long-established club histories and club development programs to name but a few. Facing each other through the global sport of soccer, they could relay to everyone Yanmar's bold spirit and the importance to Yanmar of developing the next generation.

We are very excited to think about what can be achieved in cooperation with Yanmar Ambassador Hiroshi Kiyotake.
