Den 1. april 1949 grunnla Jac. Linssen selskapet, som begynte som et beskjedent snekker- og skipsreparasjonsfirma. I \u00e5renes l\u00f8p utviklet selskapet seg jevnt og trutt og ble en viktig akt\u00f8r innen nederlandsk st\u00e5lb\u00e5tbygging.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5r grunnlegger Jac. Linssen vokste opp i en tid da det ble sett p\u00e5 som en d\u00f8dssynd \u00e5 kaste noe. Sparsommelighet var dagens orden. Alt kunne brukes om igjen. I v\u00e5r tid har engangsindustrien dessverre tatt enorme proporsjoner. Billige kinesiske eksportvarer oversv\u00f8mmer landet v\u00e5rt, og kvalitet kommer stadig mer i andre rekke.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men ikke hos Linssen Yachts. Det faktum at vi er markedsledere i Europa, er direkte knyttet til v\u00e5rt kvalitetsideal. For hvis du tenker og arbeider ut fra kvalitet, vil b\u00e6rekraft automatisk f\u00f8lge i kj\u00f8lvannet.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00e5l kan resirkuleres fullt ut etter 50 \u00e5r og f\u00e5 et nytt liv som r\u00e5materiale for nye produkter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00f8res kanskje rart ut, men st\u00e5lb\u00e5tene v\u00e5re er gr\u00f8nne i hjertet.
