    Within Yanmar Marine, the Global Marketing team drives brand visibility, engagement, and digital performance across markets. The Social Media Specialist<\/strong> plays a key role in executing global social media activities and ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging across all platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What are you going to do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    As our Social Media Specialist you are responsible for coordinating and managing Yanmar Marine\u2019s global social media presence. You create, schedule, and publish content, adapt campaigns for local markets, and monitor performance to support engagement and brand awareness across key platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Your main tasks and responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Execute day-to-day social media activities across global platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Create, schedule, and publish content in line with brand guidelines and regional priorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensure consistency of brand voice across all social channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Adapt global campaigns for local markets in collaboration with regional marketing teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Support paid social campaigns and coordinate with creative, PR, influencer, and content teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Monitor social media performance and community engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Track, analyze, and report KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Provide insights to optimize social media activities and campaign effectiveness<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital formats<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Identify opportunities to enhance engagement within existing strategic frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Who are we looking for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The ideal Social Media Specialist is creative, organized, and data-driven. You understand global social media dynamics, can manage content and campaigns across multiple platforms, and use insights to improve engagement. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You bring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • 2\u20134 years of social media management experience, ideally within a global or multi-market environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout, Meta Business Suite, or native platform analytics<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        This position is based in Almere, the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
