You enjoy working in a technical environment and are motivated by delivering value through expertise, attention to detail, and consistent execution.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are analytical, proactive, and comfortable working with data, reporting, and structured processes. You understand the importance of collaboration and know how to navigate customer and internal stakeholder relationships effectively.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\">You bring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Bachelor&#8217;s degree, preferably in a technical and\/or commercial field\u00a0<br>\u2022 3-5+ years of experience in OEM and\/or B2B sales or account management\u00a0<br>\u2022 Experience working with strategic customers and understanding OEM business processes\u00a0<br>\u2022 Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills\u00a0<br>\u2022 Strong technical understanding, preferably supported by an engineering background\u00a0<br>\u2022 Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM systems, reporting, and data\u00a0<br>\u2022 Good project management and cross-functional coordination skills\u00a0<br>\u2022 Professional, objective, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset\u00a0<br>\u2022 Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\">Work location:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;re based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate, with Almere as your primary work location.
