Yanmar Compact Equipment EMEA (Yanmar Construction Equipment Europe S.A.S. and YANMAR COMPACT Germany GmbH) is engaged in a variety of activities that place social responsibility and sustainability at the center of our business activities.

Conducting blood drive campaigns

Yanmar Compact Equipment EMEA conducted a blood donation campaign on March 26, 2021 at its plant in Saint-Dizier, France, and it was a great success collected 49 bags of blood. This event was covered in the local press, and several neighboring companies approached for advice on how to organize it. We intend to hold blood drives every year, hoping to welcome more and more employees.

Partner in the marathon

Yanmar Compact Equipment EMEA was a partner of the first Lac Du Der marathon held in France on June 13, 2021, after the restrictions caused by the pandemic of COVID-19 were lifted. The course takes runners around the largest artificial lake, Lac Du Der and is a major sporting event in the region that should not be missed. The day was blessed with good weather, and 11 Yanmar runners have carried the color of Yanmar over these 42 km in quartet, duo, and solo, respectively. Congratulations to all of them and see you next year!

Donated 50 computers to a non-profit organization in Crailsheim, Germany

Yanmar Compact Equipment EMEA places social responsibility and the commitment to sustainability at the center of its business activities. This applies not only to the own employees, but also beyond the company's borders. As part of this commitment, we donated 50 overhauled computers to the non-profit organization, Aufbaugilde Heilbronn gGmbH to help those in need.

Christmas lottery to benefit the League Against Cancer

Yanmar Compact Equipment Europe organizes a large lottery to benefit the League Against Cancer every year in December. Thanks to all employees for their generosity, the historical record has been broken and raised 3650 € to donate to the League this year. We can’t wait to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our lottery in next December, we hope we will break this new record!
