Kemal Shoshi to Head Yanmar Agribusiness

Osaka, Japan (February 7, 2024) - Yanmar Agribusiness Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of Yanmar Holdings is changing its leadership. Mr. Nagamori Masuda, the current President and Representative Director, is stepping down from his role. In his new capacity, he will assume the position of Director and Advisor at Yanmar Agribusiness Co. Ltd.

Stepping into the role is Mr. Kemal Shoshi, who joined Yanmar Holdings in April 2016. He has been Chairman of Yanmar Turkey Makine A.S. since September 2019 and will now serve as the new President and Representative Director of Yanmar Agribusiness Co. Ltd. Mr. Shoshi will also serve as an Executive Officer of Yanmar Holdings.
In additional developments, Keisuke Ueda will be promoted from his position as a Director of Yanmar Agribusiness Co., Ltd. to the Vice-President position.
The appointments will take effect from April 1, 2024.
