Yanmar on tour at marine exhibitions

Spring once again brought a busy exhibition season for Yanmar. Across Europe, our teams attended key marine events to connect with customers and partners and showcase our latest solutions. Here’s a look at where visitors could find us this spring.

Seafood Expo Global, Barcelona (21-23 april)

Yanmar kicked off the exhibition season at Seafood Expo Global in Barcelona, the world’s largest seafood trade event. Bringing together more than 35,000 visitors, 2,000 exhibitors and professionals from more than 150 countries, the show provided a unique platform to connect with the global seafood supply chain. Exhibiting together with our partner Skandiaverken (SKV), the event gave us ample opportunity to met face-to-face with valued industry professionals and discuss potential projects.

Skipper Expo Aberdeen, Scotland (7-8 may)

At Skipper Expo Int. Aberdeen, the focus was firmly on the commercial fishing industry. As the UK’s largest dedicated fishing exhibition, the event attracted vessel owners, skippers, fleet operators and suppliers from across the sector. Exhibiting alongside our long-standing Scottish partner, Trevor McDonald, Yanmar had a successful show, engaging with customers and industry professionals while discussing solutions designed for reliability and performance at sea.

Navalia, Vigo, Spain (19–21 May)

Together with SKV, Yanmar also attended Navalia in Vigo, Spain’s leading shipbuilding and maritime industry exhibition. This year’s edition welcomed more than 22,000 professional visitors, 600+ exhibitors and around 1,200 represented brands from across the globe. The event provided an ideal setting to strengthen relationships with shipyards, naval architects and industry partners. Discussions focused on the future of marine propulsion, including hydrogen, methanol and LNG, reflecting the industry’s continued drive towards more sustainable fuel solutions.

Maritime Industry, Gorinchem, The Netherlands, 2–4 June

Close at home we joined Maritime Industry 2026 in Gorinchem, the leading trade event for the Dutch maritime sector. The 20th anniversary edition brought together more than 350 exhibitors and maritime professionals from across the industry. Together with our long-standing dealer Shipfix and its successor Larq Marine & Engine, Yanmar welcomed visitors at the stand, marking an important transition while ensuring continuity for customers.

A Season of Industry Insights

As the spring exhibition season comes to a close, we look back on a series of successful events across Europe. Each exhibition offered a different perspective on the challenges and opportunities shaping today’s marine industry, from sustainability and efficiency to innovation and vessel performance.

Beyond showcasing our solutions, the events provided a valuable opportunity to listen, learn and stay closely connected to the market. We appreciate the many visitors, conversations and ideas shared along the way, and look forward to turning these insights into future opportunities together.
