New Strategic Facilities for Yanmar Vineyard Solutions

After two years of continuous growth since its founding in April 2022, Yanmar Vineyard Solutions—a subsidiary of the international Yanmar Group dedicated to viticultural solutions—has reached a major milestone in its development: the move into its brand-new facility, which brings together its technical, development, administrative, sales, and marketing teams under one roof. This move, marked by an official inauguration on June 12, signals a clear commitment to establishing a lasting presence in Champagne and other wine-growing regions.

The Japanese group Yanmar has made its technological mark in Champagne since 2014. Its presence in the region is being strengthened with
new facilities in Pierry and an expanded marketing effort for the YV01, a versatile, self-propelled tracked vehicle designed for vineyard treatment and soil preparation.

By introducing the YV01, vineyard owners are reducing the amount of time their workers must spend in physically demanding environments. In addition, workers are no longer exposed to pesticides. Following the spray booms, Yanmar has equipped its YV01 robot with a lifting arm capable of supporting various soil-tillage tools.
