YANMAR MARCHÉ TOKYO

ASTERISCO
Supervised by Kundo Koyama and produced by Yoshiyuki Okuno, this restaurant is based on the concept of an Italian restaurant where you can enjoy rice. The restaurant’s trademark is its small dishes prepared in the “Yum cha” style, which creates communication between customers and the staff.

TOCHI-DOCHI
“A store that takes you on a trip to experience local allures” operated by ANA X Inc. Featuring and selling specialties you can only find in that particular region for a period of time, it strives to revitalize rural areas and enrich the eating habits of people living in urban areas.

YANMAR KOME GALLERY
An interactive gallery that provides visitors with an opportunity to learn about the history and current state of rice farming and to get a glimpse of its future (free admission). The direction of the gallery was overseen by creative director Kashiwa Sato. Here, both kids and adults can learn while having fun.

YANMAR CAFE
Located inside the Yanmar Kome Gallery, this is a takeout-focused cafe, produced by renowned creative director Kashiwa Sato. This cafe will featuring Japanese sake ice cream, as well as carefully selected varieties of amazake (a traditional sweet, fermented rice drink). Includes a relaxing eat-in space.

SAKEICE Tokyo Shop
A specialist store serving ice cream infused with carefully selected Japanese sake while pursuing new possibilities in ways rice is consumed such as Japanese sake and sakamai rice for brewing sake. Products are developed in collaboration with Japanese sake breweries around Japan, offering customers an opportunity to experience Japanese sake culture using ice cream, a treat familiar to everyone.

A takeout nori bento store operated by Yanmar. The store pursues a one-of-a-kind deliciousness by carefully cooking the specially cultivated Koshihikari rice in a hagama (traditional-style rice cooker) and using first-picked nori (seaweed) from Mikawa.
