How the timeline works

Standard Limited Warranty; register engine and complete 50‑hour & scheduled services (dealer registered)

Powerboat owners can now enjoy the same long‑term protection previously limited to sailboat applications. With the NEW YANMAR 3‑Year Extended Warranty, eligible powerboat engines receive up to 5 years (60 months) of total coverage, provided all registration and maintenance requirements are met. - Ensure dealer logs all services in the Support Portal (or stamps manual record)

By registering your engine in our YANMAR Marine Support Portal, warranty cases can be handled much easier. After registering in the portal, you will be among the first to be notified of any manufacturer’s service issues for your engine model, you can submit an inquiry to ask technical questions, and can even keep track of your engine maintenance. YANMAR recommends that you register your engine within 30 days of delivery.
