About Service Awards
“Yanmar Service Awards” is an event for awarding Yanmar’s service staffs.
The outline of this award and the participating companies are as follows.
Every year, Yanmar selects and commends excellent service staff not only in Japan but also around the world.
This commending event is the Service Awards.
The scale of this award has expanded to dealers and distributors and is still rolling out.
We will continue to praise and enhance efforts of all service staff who are involved in Yanmar products and practice locally-based service around the world.

We have positioned and developed this Service Awards as one of our major pillars. We will continue to improve the quality of services of the Yanmar Group by self-improvement, and aim to be a group that customers choose permanently.

Awards are a great forum of reflection, of sharing and of learning which highlight the importance the Yanmar Group dedicates to the subject of customer and aftermarket experience.
Acerca del logo
The logo of this Service Awards contain the idea that “customers and the service personnel who support them are the treasure of YANMAR.”
As an expression of goods that have no form (service), we use a wrench, which can be a symbol of service staff, and a handshake with customers as a motif. These are expressed in the letter S that the winner has built a relationship of trust with customers.
