Within the Parts department, the focus is on efficient and compliant supply chain processes so that every shipment arrives safely and on time. To strengthen daily operations and maintain excellent service, the Supply Chain team is expanding its capabilities.

What are you going to do?
This role is part of the Parts department and works closely with the Supply Chain Team Lead and the Spare Parts Manager. Daily activities support inbound flows, warehouse handling, transport coordination, supplier performance, procurement planning, financial workflows, compliance topics, and initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement.
Interaction with customs and export control, transport partners, warehouse colleagues, and suppliers ensures accuracy, efficiency, and complete adherence to regulations. Every task contributes directly to seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support inbound activities, resolve registration issues, and help improve packaging, labelling, and stock accuracy;
- Monitor storage conditions, suggest workflow improvements, and coordinate daily planning with transport partners;
- Track shipments, review transport invoices, prepare customs documents, and help resolve delays or regulatory issues;
- Maintain close contact with suppliers, correct invoice errors, follow up on performance, and support procurement planning;
- Identify savings opportunities, negotiate improved terms, and share relevant market insights;
- Assist finance with timely invoice handling, audits, forecasting, and process improvements;
- Collaborate across teams on projects, prepare reporting, provide training to colleagues, and maintain accurate RPMS data;
- Support strategic initiatives, contribute to compliance checks, and offer insights that guide operational decisions.
Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate:
- Brings knowledge of diesel engines or comparable technical understanding;
- Feels confident working with Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, ERP and logistics systems;
- Understands customs and export regulations and has contributed to supply chain projects;
- Communicates fluently in English, with German, French, or Spanish, strongly appreciated;
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Associate’s level education in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience with practical exposure to engine-related topics;
- Has 3 years or more of experience in finance-related responsibilities and has guided or coached colleagues in operational settings.
