A single self-contained crawler to treat narrow vineyards and work the soil in complete safety
Yanmar Vineyard Solutions, a company specializing in the development of self-contained vineyard machinery for narrow vineyards, is moving towards versatility with its YV01 and launching its second tool: a lifting arm capable of supporting a boom for various tillage tools. One machine for many uses in complete safety.
Concerned about their environment, each winemaker aims to work safely while preserving the quality of their terroir. A wine-growing region steeped in history and tradition, loved and cherished by all for the quality of its grapes and wines, recognized the world over. The use of tools capable of preserving the soil and fruit is one of the criteria used by winegrowers.
The YV01’s new feature, the lifting system that allows the use of tools such as interceps and inter-rows, has been designed to best meet the requirements and characteristics of the soil and to preserve it.
In addition to preserving soil and terroirs, our winegrowers make it a point of honor to put people at the heart of their decisions and priorities. Everyone’s safety is key, and Yanmar is a major ally in meeting this and other requirements. In fact, our autonomous caterpillar is capable of working on slopes of up to 45% and of absorbing inclines of up to 20%.
The YV01 is easy to use, and its intuitive control panel makes it simple to choose your working mode. The choice of plot to work and the type of work to be carried out are presented intuitively. Only the equipment needs to be changed beforehand.
The YV01 is compact and lightweight. Balanced on two tracks, weight is distributed evenly, ensuring excellent stability and minimizing soil compaction.
