As our Spare Parts & Dealer Network Specialist, you will act as the key link between Yanmar and its dealer network. You will be responsible for driving spare parts sales performance, supporting dealer development, and improving operational excellence throughout the distribution network. Through close collaboration with dealers, distributors, and internal teams, you will help expand Yanmar’s aftermarket business while ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.

As our Corporate Governance & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining governance and compliance processes across Yanmar Marine International and selected international group entities. As our Backoffice Sales Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating and executing the complete order-to-cash process. You work closely with customers, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to ensure orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and invoiced correctly. In this role, you are the operational link between multiple stakeholders and play a key role in maintaining efficient and scalable operations. 

We seek an innovative and pragmatic Development Engineer focused on developing various electrical concepts, such as electric propulsion systems.

As our Supply Chain Specialist you will support the planning and execution of operational activities across the supply chain. You will collect and consolidate sales forecasts, provide insights to production planning and coordinate closely with warehouse and sales colleagues to ensure product availability at all times. Your work ensures reliable supply performance that aligns with customer needs and supports the growth of our business.

In the Account Manager role, you are responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of OEM customer accounts that are important to our business. You are not just maintaining relationships; you are identifying opportunities, supporting growth, and helping drive long-term success for both the customer and Yanmar. 

As a Product Engineer, you are responsible for assisting distributors, dealers, and boatbuilders with installing Yanmar engines and engine control systems.
