In collaboration with Yanmar Engineering and RHQ (Europe and China), a Distributors’ Meeting on 19th December 2017 at YASC was organized for Distributors in the Asia region, focusing on support for large-sized engines.

The primary objective of the meeting held in Singapore was to strengthen Yanmar’s service network and to build relationship amongst participants.

During the one-day session, information on service inquiry procedures and maintenance service routes were shared with participants thus, enabling them to gain a better understanding of circumstances faced in each country.

It is through the sharing and understanding, the service network is expected to be further strengthened in providing better and quicker response to customers.
