In October 2025, YANMAR CAPITAL (THAILAND) CO.,LTD.（YCT）has announced plans to relocate its headquarters to AIA East Gateway, ending a 14-year lease at Interlink Building. The move reflects the company’s goals to support organizational growth, embrace hybrid work, and strengthen its commitment to ESG principles.
AIA East Gateway is a next-generation office building certified with LEED Gold and WELL Gold, featuring eco-friendly systems, green spaces, and comprehensive wellness facilities.
Employees will benefit from amenities such as a fitness center, saltwater pool, rooftop running track, and urban farming zone, all designed to enhance well-being and work-life balance.
With this relocation, YCT aims to create a healthier, more sustainable, and future-ready workplace that aligns with its corporate values and employee needs.
