In February 2026, YANMAR CAPITAL (THAILAND) CO., LTD. (YCT) provided support to a customer impacted by unrest along the Thai-Cambodian border.
The customer with a hire-purchase agreement with YCT had their home damaged, and the Yanmar tractor covered under the agreement was also damaged and rendered inoperable.
YCT provided a replacement tractor, the Yanmar EF393T, to the affected customer in cooperation with YANMAR S.P. CO., LTD., allowing the customer to promptly resume agricultural operations.
Additionally, late payment penalties and related fees were waived to alleviate the customer’s hardship and assist in restoring their livelihood as quickly as possible.
This initiative demonstrates YCT’s commitment to supporting local communities and farmers under the philosophy of “Standing Beside Thai Farmers.” YCT will continue to act as a trusted partner, supporting Thailand’s agricultural sector even in challenging circumstances.
