Yanmar Announces Senior Management Appointments and Corporate Officer Changes

Osaka, Japan (February 21, 2025) – Yanmar Holdings has announced the following senior management appointments and corporate officer changes, to take effect from April 1, 2025 and June 25, 2025 respectively. The June 25 appointments and changes will be officially approved at the company’s shareholders’ meeting, board of directors meeting, and board of auditors meeting.
