Yanmar to Conclude YANMAR Racing Activities

Osaka, Japan (March 6, 2026) – Yanmar Holdings Co., Ltd. announced today that the activities of its sailing team, YANMAR Racing, will conclude at the end of the fiscal year 2025 following the expiration its current contract. Since its establishment in 2018, YANMAR Racing has participated in the highly regarded International Dragon Class, primarily focusing on competitions across Europe, for approximately eight years.
Throughout its journey, YANMAR Racing has engaged in various prestigious Dragon Class events, fostering connections with sailors from around the globe and contributing to the broader marine sports community. Yanmar extends its sincere appreciation to all stakeholders, including team members Peter Gilmore, Yasuhiro Yaji, and Sam Gilmore, for their understanding and support throughout these activities.
Yanmar will continue to support marine sports activities, including sailing, as it works toward a sustainable future where people and nature coexist in harmony.
