The VC30 is YANMAR’s 3rd generation vessel control system that controls all YANMAR electronically managed engines. With a modern design and advanced functionality, the VC30 offers an enhanced user experience that gives operators greater confidence, precision, and ease at the helm. It delivers smarter control, faster installation, and better boating experience.
Featuring a new 4.3” optically bonded TFT display with NMEA2000 connectivity, a CAN-based joystick with additional control buttons, and consolidated ECU’s, the VC30 offers a high-quality user experience and future-ready performance. The system supports seamless integration with YANMAR’s full range of common rail engines, transmissions, controls, and displays.
The VC30 is built on a J1939 CAN bus system with simplified components, ensuring reliability and ease of installation. With NMEA connections built in, the VC30 can connect easily to multiple other vessel accessories or systems.

The VC30 introduces a new design with fewer components, making installation faster and more efficient for boat builders and dealers. The VC30 includes a full-color 4.3” optically bonded TFT display for enhanced visibility, a CAN-based joystick with integrated control buttons for intuitive handling, and all essential cabling. With built-in connectivity, the VC30 easily links to marine electronics and displays, making engine data and system integration effortless.

Compatible Products
The VC30 is compatible with YANMAR’s common rail marine engines for sailboats, powerboats, and light-duty commercial applications, including the JH-CR, 4LV, 8LV, 6LY-CR, 6LF, and 6LT series.
