Kouchi Plant
Assembly Line
The line carries out manufacture of tractors from 10 horsepower to 100 horsepower, and their transmissions, front axels, and cabins.
Construction machinery assembly Line
We manufacture carriers and loaders on consignment from Yanmar Construction Equipment Co., Ltd.
Welding Line
Welding of large parts such as cabins and thresher frames is carried out by approximately 10 robots for arc welding and spot welding.
Painting Line
Solvent painting is carried out on two lines for large and small parts. Automatic painting, including for OEM parts, can be done in nine colors on the large-part line and in 14 colors on the small-part line. Painted parts are sent to the assembly lines.
Inspection Line
Inspections relevant to each of the various products are carried out on the assembly lines.
