    In the new CROP TIGER TERRA TRAC, we have taken ease of serviceability to new levels. The side and back covers open fully so you have a very good access to the engine area and all the key components. The covers are supported by gas struts and are provided with very durable hinges.

    The new, compact air compressor is integrated in the engine. A 10-litre air tank at 8 bar ensures that you always have the air and pressure you need for your work.

    All major threshing components have been strengthened. The beater bars of the concave are made of stainless steel. The spike tooth and rice pins have been edge-hardened using a special process. The deflector pedal, which is at the straw discharge end of the rotor, is fabricated using stainless steel.

    The well thought-out sieve section boasts a cleaning area of 1.24 m². Two independently working sieves are fitted with "frog-mouth" lip openings providing gentle treatment of each and every grain. A blower with variable speed settings is provided to blow away the chaff.
    The bolted galvanised iron step bed and preparation floor ensure higher wear resistance and facilitate easy maintenance.

    Cutterbar is strengthened structurally with a stainless steel rounded guide plate & cutter bar trough which has a bolted design. So there are two clear benefits - much higher life and easy replaceability.

    In case there is any choking of the feeder housing area during harvest, the operator can unclog the machine using this function. By simply pushing a button, the Hydraulic Feeder Reversal system is activated and the blockage is removed. This saves the operator a lot of time and effort and he does not have to get down from the machine.
