Osaka, Japan (February 20, 2026) – Yanmar Holdings has announced the following senior management appointments, to take effect from April 1, 2026 and June 24, 2026 respectively. The appointments and changes scheduled for June 24 will be officially approved at the company’s shareholders’ meeting, which is set to be held on June 24.
