“Yanboh Marboh Character Renewal Vote” Application Terms
Those who wish to apply for “Yanboh Marboh Character Renewal Vote” (hereinafter referred to as “This Campaign”) conducted by YANMAR Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “YANMAR”) (hereinafter referred to as “Applicant(s)”) must read these application terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) carefully and agree to them.
If the Applicant is under the age of 18, please apply with the consent of a parent or other legal representative.
Article 1 (Scope)
The Terms apply to all relationships related to This Campaign between Applicants and YANMAR.
Article 2 (Outline of This Campaign)

2.Application requirements

3.Application method
Applications can only be made using the dedicated application form.
Please select your favorite character from the choices.
You can vote once per day during the application period.
Article 3. (Prohibitions)
When applying for This Campaign, the following acts are prohibited.
(1)Acts that violate the Terms.
(2)Acts that interfere with the operation of This Campaign.
(3)Acts that cause trouble, disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to others.
(4)Acts that slander others or harm their honor or credibility.
(5)Acts that infringe on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.
(6)Acts that infringe on the property, privacy, or portrait rights of others.
(7)Acts of transmitting or writing harmful computer programs, etc., or acts of accessing by illegal means.
(8)Acts that violate laws and regulations, acts that violate public order and morals, or acts that may be likely to do so.
(9)Any other acts that our company deems inappropriate.
Article 4 (Disclaimers)
(1)Communication charges, etc. incurred in participating This Campaign will be borne by the customer.
(2)YANMAR will not be held responsible for any damage to Applicants that may occur in connection with This Campaign, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of YANMAR.
(3)YANMAR will not be held responsible for any troubles that occur between Applicants or between Applicants and third parties that occur in connection with This Campaign.
Article 5 (Changes, cancellations, interruptions, etc. of This Campaign)
1.YANMAR may change part or all of the content of This Campaign or discontinue the provision of this service without prior notice to Applicants. YANMAR will not be held responsible for any damage caused to Applicants as a result of this, unless there is intentionality or gross negligence on the part of YANMAR.
2.If YANMAR determine that any of the following reasons exist, YANMAR may suspend This Campaign without prior notice to Applicants. YANMAR will not be held responsible for any disadvantage or damage incurred by Applicants due to such suspension.
(1)When carrying out maintenance, inspection or updating of the computer system related to the implementation of This Campaign.
(2)When it becomes difficult to implement This Campaign due to inevitable situations such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, natural disaster, etc.
(3)In case of system failure, defect, accident, etc. of computers, communication equipment, communication lines, etc.
(4)In the event that YANMAR is unable to provide all or part of This Campaign due to any other reason that is not due to intentional or gross negligence on the part of YANMAR.
Article 6 (Changes of Terms)
YANMAR may arbitrarily change these Terms at any time. In that case, YANMAR will announce the changes on the official website at an appropriate time considering the impact. The changes will apply to Applicants who participate in This Campaign after the effective date.
Article 7 (Handling of personal information, Cookies, etc.)
1.Information collected from Applicants through participation in This Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "Application Data") will be handled by YANMAR and Media Square Co., Ltd., the provider of the voting tools for This Campaign.
(1)Purpose of use
Application Data will be used for the following purposes.
①To analyze the application status of This Campaign for statistical purposes and publicly announce the statistical results.
②To respond to inquiries from Applicants regarding This Campaign.
③To operate and improve the services of YANMAR and Media Square Co., Ltd., and develop new services.
(2)Handling of Personal Information
