The Yanmar AW70GW combine harvester performs harvesting not only at high speed, but also ore efficiently, ensuring abundant harvests even with loadged rice plants.
For greater durability, our crawlers feature wide track rollers designed to minimize surface pressure for smoother, longer-lasting performance.
Equipped with a 3318cc Tier 3 4-cylinder engine, it delivers high power output of 70PS and excellent combustion efficiency. Even when the load on the traveling or threshing section fluctuates, the engine output is instantly and automatically controlled by computer control. The engine speed is always kept constant, ensuring stable threshing and separating performance. No accelerator operation is required, and the rotation speed can be set simply by operating a switch.
With a large fuel tank capacity (90 liters), as well as efficient fuel consumption, the machine can work longer without having to stop to refill and harvest time can be faster and more efficient.
With a width of 500mm, the rubber crawler wheels exert relatively little pressure on the ground, so the combine can easily work in wet/muddy areas. Double-supported rollers reduce surface pressure on the crawler, enhancing durability.
The transmission has a ground clearance of 328mm, which not only protects the transmission from mud but also makes it easier to move between fields and ensures consistent performance on wet or muddy conditions.
The HST 38cc capacity increases unit power for faster operation.
Equipped with large thresher to handle high-speed operation. First, the rice is separated with Yanmar’s original front rotor and next it is more fully threshed with the long threshing rotor. Then, it is sorted efficiently and accurately using the large swing separator with hardly any loss. Yanmar offers this system with complete confidence.
Having a width of 850mm and length of 1410mm, the swing separator enhances better selection, preventing chaff, and dust from mixing with the grain.
