The Yanmar AW70VW / AW82VW combine harvester performs harvesting not only at high speed, but also more efficiently, ensuring abundant harvests even with loadged rice plants.
Equipped with a 4-cylinder engine with a cylinder volume of 3318cc providing great power (maximum 70PS or 82PS) and excellent combustion efficiency with a direct fogging system and consuming less fuel, as well as having good engine durability and strong engine performance. Making engine performance better and very profitable for farmers.
With a width of 550mm, the rubber crawler wheels exert relatively little pressure on the ground, so the combine can easily work in wet/muddy areas.
The chassis height has been increased by 50mm, bringing the lowest point above the ground to 380mm. This not only protects the gearbox from dirt, but also makes it easier to move between rice fields and ensures consistent performance in wet or muddy conditions.
The U-shaped chassis frame facilitates operation in wet and deep areas. Mud doesn't get trapped in the chassis.
The latest chassis reinforcement plate design is more compact and robust. Straws are less likely to get caught on the bottom of the unit.
The HST 38cc capacity increases unit power for faster operation.
Equipped with large thresher to handle high-speed operation. First, the rice is separated with Yanmar’s original front rotor and next it is more fully threshed with the long threshing rotor. Then, it is sorted efficiently and accurately using the large swing separator with hardly any loss. Yanmar offers this system with complete confidence.
Having a width of 850mm and length of 1410mm, the swing separator enhances better selection, preventing chaff, and dust from mixing with the grain.
