Yanmar Ventures Co., Ltd. (“Yanmar Ventures”) handles personal information of customers, business partners, and others (“you”) in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner in accordance with this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) in order to facilitate the smooth operation of our website, products, services, and other business activities (collectively “Business Activities”).

3. Personal data security management measures

Yanmar Ventures establishes a management system and implements appropriate safety measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc., and to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal data as technical and organizational security management measures.
