The Yanmar 3TNV88 is a 1.642 L, 3-cylinder, naturally aspirated diesel engine delivering 18.4 kW at 2,000 rpm and a standby output of 14.8 kVA at 1,800 rpm. Water-cooled and built on direct-injection combustion, the engine’s rated output of 28.1 kW has been derated to below 19 kW to comply with EU Stage V for industrial applications, while remaining available under “Lower Regulated Countries” emissions provisions for other markets.
