The YDG series comes with a Yanmar air-cooled L-type engine and a micro-sized fuel injection system, with some models consuming as little as 1 litre of diesel per working hour.

Designed in Japan, made in Europe
Yanmar’s YDG portable generators are engineered in Japan and manufactured in Europe. Components are sourced through Yanmar’s established European supply chain, in line with the standards outlined in Yanmar’s Quality Statement.
Stage V certified
YDG generators are engineered to comply with a range of regional emissions standards, and select models are fully Stage V certified for the EU market. Stage V compliance is generally associated with lower operating costs and reduced fuel consumption over the equipment’s lifetime.
Compact & light
Compact, extra-lightweight U-frame for easy transport and on-site carrying. Some models weigh as little as 55kg, so the YDG series can be moved easily and quickly with limited manpower. Convenient to store due to compact dimensions.
Quick start
Start with a recoil starter or push-button electric start-up. Auto-return decompression is designed to support smooth starts, including at low temperatures.
