The Yanmar 4TNV94FHT is a 3.054-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine available at three rated outputs: 69.8 kW at 2,000 rpm, 77.2 kW at 2,200 rpm, and 88.4 kW at 2,500 rpm, with a consistent 394 Nm of torque across the full output range. This lets OEMs select the output point that matches a specific machine’s duty cycle without changing the engine’s core architecture.

The engine is certified to EU Stage V and EPA-CARB Final Tier 4. Aftertreatment combines a DOC, DPF, and SCR system, with the DPF mounted on top of the engine to reduce the installation footprint, a relevant consideration for OEMs working with tight engine-bay envelopes.

Typical applications include compact and mid-size construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and material-handling equipment. Configurations with a wide, selectable power band on a single compact platform simplify OEM design across a model range.
