With one click into the online system you have access 24/7 to interactive classes, product videos, and more. Through this, you gain the theoretical knowledge of the products concerned, for example engine technology and tractor hydraulic scheme.

INTRODUCTION OF YANMAR//ACADEMY
Technical product training is an important part of strengthening your service network. Yanmar Group provides these trainings to develop expertise that will directly impact your individual and dealership performance. Through a combination of online- and offline training you become a Yanmar Specialist on the products involved.
Yanmar Group offers technical product trainings focused on distributors, dealers and OEM customers. By establishing the YANMAR//ACADEMY we provide a training concept to transfer knowledge and skills in an efficient and effective way.

LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Learning Management System (LMS) allows you to benefit from managing your own time and costs. Enrolling in the training program allows you to take online courses followed by “hands on” training after which you will receive a certificate on completion. The LMS let's you renew your certificate before expiration and repeat an online course at your convenience, accessible 24/7 throughout the globe.

“Hands on” training in combination with classroom-style training is provided by our certified trainers to enhance your practical skills, in particular on the Yanmar specific technology. Examples are diagnostic & troubleshooting and maintenance.
3. Online Test
Some trainings may include online tests. Testing is designed to test the knowledge on the subject that has been tought. We also use it to repeat the knowledge, with e.g. an explanation on the answer if incorrect. The famous Dr Hermann Ebbinghaus showed us that we forget less if we repeat the knowledge we learned. These tests may include multiple choice, but also open answers, as well as "click on the right spot".
4. Certificate
Courses are concluded with a certificate. After successfully finishing an online training course, the participant is recognized as a YANMAR PARTICIPANT. After completing online and hands-on training, the participant becomes a YANMAR SPECIALIST.
