Diesel Büchli becomes a YANMAR industrial engines dealer for Benelux

Almere, 16 December 2020 – As of 1 January 2021, Diesel Büchli extends its dealership with high-quality servicing of YANMAR engines according to the latest Stage V emission standards for The Netherlands and Belgium. As an expert company in fuel technology and vehicle diagnostics, Diesel Büchli has the specialist staff, knowledge and facilities to maintain the high service standards YANMAR applies for its industrial common rail engines.

The current expansion of services is a logical step given the company’s experience in automotive and a long relationship with YANMAR. For more than 20 years, Diesel Büchli has programmed fuel pumps and Electronic Control Units (ECUs) for YANMAR industrial engines. In addition, they have a proven track record in servicing fuel injection equipment and cleaning YANMAR Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs).

After-treatment technology for Stage V emission reduction

Since the strict regulations under the European Stage V (EU Stage V) emission standard became effective as of 1 January 2019, after-treatment technology on common rail engines are becoming widely established to reduce emission while achieving higher fuel efficiency. YANMAR already anticipated on the standard by developing and adopting a proprietary DPF regeneration technology for its Stage V engines. With 6 years’ experience in DPF mounted TNV common rail engines and over 600,000 units in the market, this DPF technology has been widely recognized worldwide as the most reliable after treatment system in its category.
