Enjoy the future, enjoy nature, and enjoy 2019 EU Stage V diesel power at Intermat 2015
At Intermat 2015, the future is yours. You will see our latest diesel technology, incorporated in the TNV-CR series, and the introduction of the new 4TNV94FHT. The new diesel engines are fully compliant to EPA Final Tier 4/EU Stage IV and already meet the upcoming EU Stage V regulations for 2019. They are also compliant with the Swiss OAPC ordinance regulations.
The Yanmar TNV-CR series consists of six engine families, ranging from 19kW to 56kW. They are a mix of three and four cylinder water-cooled diesels and direct injection diesels.
90% NOx reduction, friendly to nature
This new engine is based on the existing fully electronically-controlled 4TNV94CHT, equipped with a common rail system, EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter). Due to the introduction of SCR technology (Selective Catalytic Reduction) the engine is expected to reduce 90% of NOx emission, complying with new regulations.
SCR technology for high reliability and durability
Based on urea aqueous spray simulation analysis, Yanmar has eliminated mixer from SCR system. There is no need to take care of urea deposit and/or heat-cycle fatigue on mixer parts. This provides users with high degrees of reliability and durability.
By adding optimized SCR to Yanmar’s direct injection system, the new models offer;
- High power density
- high torque at low speed
- Low fuel and urea consumption
DPF Regeneration
Yanmar’s unique DPF regeneration technology is applied to this engine, as it is to other TNV common rail engines. Therefore, operation can continue without interruption for DPF regeneration. Yanmar offers extremely long maintenance intervals for DPF cleaning, considerably improving productivity for customers.
Only 4 engines?
Yanmar has always played a significant role in pioneering advanced technology with strong commitment to improving customers’ productivity and the world’s industrial development. In more than 100 years of business, we have developed and produced an immense range of diesel engines and equipment. Still, you will only see 4 diesel engines on show. Why? Because these four engines showcase the latest developments in diesel technology. That is how we intend to help our customer: by looking ahead. And still, our representatives are there to answer all possible questions you might have on any of our other products.
So, if you are ready for the future, come to Intermat 2015, hall 5B on stand no. L027. Enjoy the latest developments in diesel technology, brought to you with the latest touch-screen presentation methods with Y-Harmonizer. More evidence of how we want to be at the forefront of things…
