Yanmar shows full tractor series at salonvert 2020

Yanmar Europe, headquartered in The Netherlands will show its full compact tractor range, including SA, YT2 and YT3, and the brand new YM3 tractors, at the open-air Salonvert 2020 trade fair in France. Yanmar’s high-quality tractors are available in different models from 22 to 60 hp, offering high productivity, great versatility and optimum operator comfort. Salonvert (22-24 September) is the leading fair for green spaces and landscapes. Visitors will find Yanmar at stand 57.

Focus on France

Yanmar sees strong opportunities in the French agricultural market with the upcoming introduction of new products, which are very suitable for the specific needs and requirements of customers in France. The company is strongly developing the dealer network in France with new dealers, some of whom are current dealers for Yanmar Construction; others will be newly appointed. Part of the business strategy is to strengthen the own Yanmar brand.

Full Yanmar compact tractor range

Yanmar offers a full range of compact tractors for professional use in various sectors such as landscaping, municipality services and farming. The tractors are well-known for their durability, reliability and low fuel consumption. They also boast the latest technology, such as Stage-V compliant engines, Smart Assist remote monitoring and maintenance diagnostics, and the first i-HMT (Vario) transmission under 50 hp. Yanmar tractors are purpose built for European customers and certified according to the most stringent EC167/2013 homologation standard. In addition to their functional benefits, they come with an attractive design by Mr. Ken Okuyama, who also designed for Ferrari and Porsche.

YM tractor series

The new YM3 Series compact utility tractors has been designed in consultation with customers and users to meet their budgetary demands and reliability requirements. The two new ROPS models – YM347 (47 hp) and YM359 (60 hp) – complement the existing YT3 Series (47&60 hp), offering all the safety and comfort features that customers expect.

The powerful Yanmar direct-injection TNV common rail engine contributes to reduced fuel consumption and lower running costs. That engine drives through a fully-synchronized 12 x 12 transmission that provides smooth speed shifting throughout the range. The particle filter (DPF) designed by Yanmar has a long service interval of 6,000 hours. YM tractors come standard with Yanmar’s new Smart Assist Remote monitoring and diagnostic system. Its power, productivity, reliability and compactness (just 1,420 mm wide) make the YM Series ideally suited to a range of applications including farming, landscaping, and golf course maintenance.

YT tractor series

The YT series is a premium tractor range with low-emission, Stage-V Common Rail diesel engines, which combine high torque and low fuel consumption due to the electronic multi-stage direct injection system. Like the YM Series, YT tractors also have a long service interval of 6,000 hours. Both tractors in the YT-range are supplied with a factory-installed, spacious cabin or ROPS. The cabin is equipped with heating, integrated air conditioning, rear window heating (YT2) and front wipers as standard. The YT3 tractor is the first tractor under 50 hp in the world with vario transmission, making the driving comfort of top-class large agricultural tractors available for the compact range.

YT2: 35 hp, operator comfort, preferred choice for municipal services and maintenance of public spaces.

YT3: 47 hp and 60 hp, worldwide unique i-HMT Vario transmission under 50 hp, Smart Assist Remote, silent (77 dB).

SA tractor series

The SA Series is very powerful yet compact two-model range of compact ROPS & CAB utility tractors, setting new standards in terms of fuel economy, emission control, ease of maintenance, and operator comfort and safety. The newly designed SA Cabin version is available for both SA tractor models and is very spacious and comfortable, while maintaining the compactness of the tractor.

SA221: 22 hp, easy-to-use, particularly suited for small spaces, compact on the outside, large and comfortable on the inside.

SA424: 26 hp, robust, powerful, 713 kg rearward lifting capacity, high speed.

Smart Assist remote monitoring system

Smart Assist Remote (SA-R) is Yanmar’s new advanced telematics monitoring and diagnostics system. Smart Assist allows owner and operators to monitor the status and location of the tractor remotely by computer or smartphone via a dedicated app. The system also generates alarms and notifications if operating parameters are exceeded, helping manage maintenance and optimise operation, while reducing unplanned downtime and life cycle cost. The monitoring system comes standard with the YM and YT tractor series.

Yanmar genuine parts, lubricants and service kits

Yanmar’s Genuine Parts are built, tested and produced to provide optimum safety and quality to assure performance, durability and valid warranty. Genuine lubricants and coolant are formulated for optimum (Stage V) engine performance and long DPF life. Yanmar further supports its tractor range with a full suite of service kits for performing recommended periodic maintenance.
