The "Yanmar Service Awards" is held once a year with the aim of improving the service quality of Yanmar.
We believe that improving the quality of each service staff will bring smiles to our customers.
What Yanmar cherish the most. It is to win the customer's unwavering trust in the after-sales after the customer purchases Yanmar’s product.
Therefore, once a year, we have been holding the "Service Awards" from 2019, which selects and praises particularly excellent service staff. This is intended for service staff in Yanmar group companies, distributors, and dealers not only in Japan but around the world.
All the service staff involved strive to further improve the value provided to customers through Service Awards.
Three Service Awards winners will be selected from each company of the Yanmar Group, dealers and distributors around the world.
20 companies participated in 2020. The selection method differs depending on the business domain and company, but the service staff's desire to provide services that give customers peace of mind is the same.
